INGREDIENTS

PREP: 10-15 MINUTES | COOKING TIME: 5-10 MINUTES

  • 3 fl oz Stir Fry sauce         
  • 1 fl oz water        
  • 5 oz protein (your choice)
  • 1 fl oz cooking oil (your choice of oil) 
  • 1 tsp minced garlic 
  • minced Thai chili or chili paste to your taste 
  • 2 oz chopped carrots
  • 2 oz broccoli 
  • 2 oz cauliflower 
  • 2 oz mushroom 
  • 2 oz snow peas

COOKING

COOKING TIME: 5-10 MINUTES

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and submerge all veggies for up to one minute in the water. Turn off the heat source and drain the veggies. 
  2. Heat the pan over medium heat, pour the cooking oil into the pan and be sure to let it heat up before proceeding onto the next steps.
  3. Add the garlic and spice and stir fry this mixture until it produces a fragrant aroma. Do not walk away from your pan at this point, as the garlic can burn very quickly! 
  4. Add your protein and cook it to the appropriate temperature. 
  5. Add the veggies and mix all ingredients together four to five times. 
  6. Stir fry all ingredients together, mixing continuously for one minute. 
  7. Add the Stir Fry Sauce and water and mix all ingredients together for one to two minutes. 
  8. Turn off your heat source and plate your meal with your choice of rice. 
  9. Enjoy your Forking meal!
