Stir-fry Sea Bass fish with cashew nuts sauce
Ingredient
- 4 fl oz cashew nuts Sauce
- 1 fl oz water
- 5 oz Deep-Fried Sea Bass fish
- 1 fl oz cooking oil (your choice of oil)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- minced Thai chili or chili paste to your taste
- 2 oz chopped bell pepper
- 2 oz chopped yellow onion
- 2 oz chopped carrots
- 2 oz fresh cut mushroom
- 1/2 oz cashew nuts
- 1/2 oz green onion, cut into 2” pieces

PREP: 10-15 MINUTES | COOKING TIME: 5-10 MINUTES
Deep-Fried Sea Bass fish with Tempura powder mix (do not mix with water) Heat the pan over medium heat, pour the cooking oil into the pan and be sure to let it heat up before proceeding onto the next steps. Add the garlic and spices and stir fry this mixture until it produces a fragrant aroma. Do not walk away from your pan at this point, as the garlic can burn very quickly! Add the carrot, bell pepper, yellow onion and pineapple. Add water and stir fry all ingredients together, mixing continuously for one minute.Add the Cashew Nuts Stir Fry Sauce, mixing all ingredients continuously for one minute. Add the green onion and mix together two to three times.Add your protein and cook it to the appropriate temperature. (Deep-Fried fish)Turn off your heat source and plate your meal with your choice of rice.Enjoy your Forking meal!
