INGREDIENTS

PREP: 10-15 MINUTES | COOKING TIME: 5-10 MINUTES

  • 3 fl oz Stir Fry sauce 
  • 1 fl oz water 
  • 1 fl oz cooking oil (your choice of oil) 
  • 1 tsp minced garlic 
  • 5 oz protein (your choice) 
  • minced Thai chili or chili paste to your taste
  • 1 oz ginger, thinly sliced 
  • 2.5 oz chopped mushrooms
  • 2.5 oz chopped yellow onion 
  • 2.5 oz chopped bell pepper
  • 1 oz green onion, cut into 2” pieces

COOKING

COOKING TIME: 5-10 MINUTES

  1. Heat the pan over medium heat, pour the cooking oil into the pan and be sure to let it heat up before proceeding onto the next steps. 
  2. Add the garlic and spices and stir fry this mixture until it produces a fragrant aroma. Do not walk away from your pan at this point, as the garlic can burn very quickly! 
  3. Add your protein and cook it to the appropriate temperature. 
  4. Add the veggies and mix together four to five times. 
  5. Stir fry all ingredients together, mixing continuously for one minute. 
  6. Add the Stir Fry Sauce and water, mixing all ingredients continuously for one minute. 
  7. Turn off your heat source and plate your meal with your choice of rice.
  8. Enjoy your Forking meal!
