Spicy Basil Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS

PREP: 10-15 MINUTES | COOKING TIME: 5-10 MINUTES

  • 3 fl oz Stir Fry sauce 
  • 1 fl oz water
  • 5 oz protein (your choice) 
  • 1 fl oz cooking oil (your choice of oil) 
  • 1 tsp minced garlic 
  • minced Thai chili or chili paste to your taste
  • 2 oz chopped carrots
  • 2 oz chopped mushrooms 
  • 2 oz chopped yellow onion 
  • 2 oz chopped bell peppers
  • 1 oz Thai basil

COOKING

COOKING TIME: 5-10 MINUTES

  1. Heat the pan over medium heat, pour the cooking oil into the pan and be sure to let it heat up before proceeding onto the next steps. 
  2. Add the garlic and spices and stir fry this mixture until it produces a fragrant aroma. Do not walk away from your pan at this point, as the garlic can burn very quickly! 
  3. Add your protein and cook it to the appropriate temperature. 
  4. Add the veggies and mix all ingredients four to five times. 
  5. Add the Stir Fry Sauce and water and stir fry all ingredients together, mixing continuously for one to two minutes as the sauce absorbs.
  6. Turn off your heat source and plate your meal with your choice of rice.
  7. Enjoy your Forking meal!
