Spicy basil spaghetti noodle with Duck

Ingredients
- 3 fl oz Stir Fry sauce
- 1 fl oz black soy sauce
- 7 oz spaghetti noodles
- 1 piece of duck
- 1 fl oz cooking oil (your choice of oil)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- minced Thai chili or chili paste to your taste
- 1 oz chopped carrots
- 1 oz chopped mushrooms
- 1 oz chopped yellow onion
- 1 oz chopped bell pepper
- 1 oz Thai basil

PREP: 10-15 MINUTES | COOKING TIME: 5-10 MINUTES
- Marinate Duck with stir fry sauce, a little bit of oil and little bit of cinnamon powder. (Over night)
- Cooking spaghetti noodle, with hot water and little bit oil.
- Cooking Duck in the oven at 450F, in 15 minute's each sigh. (cutting slice a small piece and live a room temperature getting ready to cook)
- Heat the pan over medium heat, pour the cooking oil into the pan and be sure to let it heat up before proceeding onto the next steps.
- Add the garlic and spices and stir fry this mixture until it produces a fragrant aroma. Do not walk away from your pan at this point, as the garlic can burn very quickly!
- Add your protein and cook it to the appropriate temperature.
- Add the spaghetti noodles.
- Stir fry all ingredients together, mixing continuously for one minute.
- Add the Stir Fry Sauce and black soy sauce and mix all ingredients together for two minutes while the sauce absorbs into the noodles.
- Turn off your heat source and plate your meal.
