Spicy basil spaghetti noodle with duck

Ingredients

  • 3 fl oz Stir Fry sauce
  • 1 fl oz black soy sauce  
  • 7 oz spaghetti noodles 
  • 1 piece of duck
  • 1 fl oz cooking oil (your choice of oil) 
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • minced Thai chili or chili paste to your taste
  • 1 oz chopped carrots
  • 1 oz chopped mushrooms 
  • 1 oz chopped yellow onion 
  • 1 oz chopped bell pepper 
  • 1 oz Thai basil

Cooking

PREP: 10-15 MINUTES | COOKING TIME: 5-10 MINUTES

  1. Marinate Duck with stir fry sauce, a little bit of oil and little bit of cinnamon powder. (Over night)
  2. Cooking spaghetti noodle, with  hot water and little bit oil.
  3. Cooking Duck in the oven at 450F, in 15 minute's each sigh. (cutting slice a small piece and live a room temperature getting ready to cook)
  4. Heat the pan over medium heat, pour the cooking oil into the pan and be sure to let it heat up before proceeding onto the next steps. 
  5. Add the garlic and spices and stir fry this mixture until it produces a fragrant aroma. Do not walk away from your pan at this point, as the garlic can burn very quickly! 
  6. Add your protein and cook it to the appropriate temperature.
  7. Add the spaghetti noodles.
  8. Stir fry all ingredients together, mixing continuously for one minute.
  9. Add the Stir Fry Sauce and black soy sauce and mix all ingredients together for two minutes while the sauce absorbs into the noodles.
  10. Turn off your heat source and plate your meal.
  11. Enjoy your Forking meal!
