INGREDIENTS

PREP: 10-15 MINUTES | COOKING TIME: 5-10 MINUTES

  • 3 fl oz Stir Fry sauce    
  • 0.5 fl oz black soy sauce  
  • 2 fl oz water 
  • 10 oz glass noodles 
  • 5 oz protein (your choice) 
  • 1 large egg 
  • 1 fl oz cooking oil (your choice of oil) 
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • minced Thai chili or chili paste to your taste
  • 1.5 oz chopped broccoli 
  • 1.5 oz snap peas 
  • 1.5 oz tomato sliced into 1” pieces 
  • 1.5 oz green onion sliced into 1” pieces

COOKING

COOKING TIME: 5-10 MINUTES

  1. Heat the pan over medium heat, pour the cooking oil into the pan and be sure to let it heat up before proceeding onto the next steps.
  2. Add the garlic and spices and stir fry this mixture until it produces a fragrant aroma. Do not walk away from your pan at this point, as the garlic can burn very quickly! 
  3. Add your protein and cook it to the appropriate temperature. 
  4. Crack the egg into the pan and scramble the egg until it is fully cooked. 
  5. Add the veggies and mix all ingredients four to five times. 
  6. Add the Stir Fry Sauce, black soy sauce, glass noodles and water into the pan. 
  7. Stir fry all ingredients together, mixing continuously for two minutes as the sauce absorbs into the noodles. 
  8. Add the bean sprout and mix two to three times. 
  9. Turn off your heat source and plate your meal. 
  10. Enjoy your Forking meal!
