Stir Fry Sauce

- 3 fl oz Stir Fry sauce
- 0.5 fl oz black soy sauce
- 2 fl oz water
- 10 oz glass noodles
- 5 oz protein (your choice)
- 1 large egg
- 1 fl oz cooking oil (your choice of oil)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- minced Thai chili or chili paste to your taste
- 1.5 oz chopped broccoli
- 1.5 oz snap peas
- 1.5 oz tomato sliced into 1” pieces
- 1.5 oz green onion sliced into 1” pieces
COOKING
COOKING TIME: 5-10 MINUTES
- Heat the pan over medium heat, pour the cooking oil into the pan and be sure to let it heat up before proceeding onto the next steps.
- Add the garlic and spices and stir fry this mixture until it produces a fragrant aroma. Do not walk away from your pan at this point, as the garlic can burn very quickly!
- Add your protein and cook it to the appropriate temperature.
- Crack the egg into the pan and scramble the egg until it is fully cooked.
- Add the veggies and mix all ingredients four to five times.
- Add the Stir Fry Sauce, black soy sauce, glass noodles and water into the pan.
- Stir fry all ingredients together, mixing continuously for two minutes as the sauce absorbs into the noodles.
- Add the bean sprout and mix two to three times.
- Turn off your heat source and plate your meal.
