Ingredients

Prep: 10-15 Minutes | Cooking Time: 5-10 Minutes

  • 4 fl oz Pad Thai Sauce
  • 10 oz cooked jasmine rice 
  • 1 fl oz cooking oil (your choice of oil) 
  • 1 tsp minced garlic 
  • 1 tsp minced shallots 
  • minced Thai chili or chili paste (to your taste)
  • 1 large egg 
  • 5 oz protein (your choice) 
  • 2 oz bean sprout 
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onion

Cooking

Cooking Time: 5-10 Minutes

  1. Heat the pan over medium heat, pour the cooking oil into the pan and be sure to let it heat up before proceeding onto the next steps.
  2. Add the garlic, shallots and spices and stir fry this mixture until it produces a fragrant aroma. Do not walk away from your pan at this point, as the garlic can burn very quickly! 
  3. Add your protein and cook it to the appropriate temperature. 
  4. Crack the egg into the pan and scramble the egg until it is fully cooked. 
  5. Add the rice and mix all ingredients two to three times. 
  6. Add the Pad Thai Sauce. Stir fry all ingredients together, mixing continuously for one nibute as the sauce absorbs into the noodles. 
  7. Add the bean sprout and mix two to three times. 
  8. Turn off your heat source and plate your meal. 
  9. Garnish with chopped green onion and enjoy your Forking meal!
