Ingredients

PREP: 10-15 MINUTES | COOKING TIME: 5-10 MINUTES

  • 3 fl oz Pineapple Fried Rice Sauce
  • 10 oz cooked jasmine rice 
  • 1 fl oz cooking oil (your choice of oil) 
  • 1 large egg 
  • 5 oz protein (your choice) 
  • 1 tsp minced garlic 
  • minced Thai chili or chili paste to your taste
  • 1 oz raisin 
  • 1 oz roasted, non-salted cashews
  • 2 oz fresh cut pineapple
  • 1/2 oz finely chopped yellow onion
  • 1/2 oz finely chopped carrot
  • 1/2 oz chopped broccoli

Cooking

COOKING TIME: 5-10 MINUTES

  1. Heat the pan over medium heat, pour the cooking oil into the pan and be sure to let it heat up before proceeding onto the next steps. 
  2. Add the garlic and spices and stir fry this mixture until it produces a fragrant aroma. Do not walk away from your pan at this point, as the garlic can burn very quickly! 
  3. Add your protein and cook it to the appropriate temperature. 
  4. Crack the egg into the pan and scramble the egg until it is fully cooked. 
  5. Add the rice and stir all the ingredients together two to three times.
  6. Add the Pineapple Fried Rice Sauce.
  7. Add all the veggies to the wok.
  8. Continue to stir-fry your ingredients together another two to three times as the sauce continues to absorb. 
  9. Turn off your heat source and plate your meal.
  10. Enjoy your Forking meal!
