INGREDIENTS

PREP: 10-15 MINUTES | COOKING TIME: 5-10 MINUTES

  • 3 fl oz Stir Fry Sauce 
  • 10 oz cooked jasmine rice 
  • 1 fl oz white vinegar 
  • 2 fl oz chili oil paste 
  • 1 large egg 
  • 1 fl oz cooking oil (your choice of oil) 
  • 5 oz protein (your choice) 
  • 1 tsp minced garlic 
  • minced Thai chili or chili paste to your taste
  • 1/2 oz chopped yellow onion
  • 1/2 oz chopped carrots
  • 1/2 oz chopped bell peppers 
  • 1/2 oz chopped mushrooms 
  • 1/2 oz Thai basil

COOKING

COOKING TIME: 5-10 MINUTES

  1. Heat the pan over medium heat, pour the cooking oil into the pan and be sure to let it heat up before proceeding onto the next steps.
  2. Add the garlic and spices and stir fry this mixture until it produces a fragrant aroma. Do not walk away from your pan at this point, as the garlic can burn very quickly! 
  3. Add your protein and cook it to the appropriate temperature. 
  4. Crack the egg into the pan and scramble the egg until it is fully cooked.
  5. Add the chili oil paste and veggies and stir fry together, mixing four to five times. 
  6. Add the rice and stir fry together, mixing two to three times. 
  7. Add the Stir Fry Sauce and white vinegar.
  8. Stir fry all ingredients together, mixing continuously for one minute while the sauce cooks down. 
  9. Turn off your heat source and plate your meal. 
  10. Enjoy your Forking meal!
