Deep-Fried Soft-Shell crab, stir-fry with curry powder sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 fl oz Stir Fry Sauce
  • 1 fl oz water 
  • 3 piece of deep fried crab
  • 1 fl oz chili oil paste
  • 1 teaspoon yellow curry powder
  •  2 egg
  •  1 cup of half & half 
  • 1 fl oz cooking oil (your choice of oil) 
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • minced Thai chili or chili paste to your taste
  • 1 oz green onion
  • 3 oz chopped yellow onion
  • 3 oz chopped bell pepper
  • 3 oz Celery 

Cooking

PREP: 10-15 MINUTES | COOKING TIME: 5-10 MINUTES

  • Deep-Fried Soft shell crab with Tempura powder mix (do not mix with water)
  • Heat the pan over medium heat, pour the cooking oil into the pan and be sure to let it heat up before proceeding onto the next steps.
  • Add the garlic and spices and stir fry this mixture until it produces a fragrant aroma. Do not walk away from your pan at this point, as the garlic can burn very quickly! 
  • Add the veggies and chili oil paste and stir fry together, mixing four to five times. 
  • Stir fry all ingredients together, mixing continuously for one minute.
  • Add the Stir Fry Sauce and water, milk, egg, yellow curry powder and mix all ingredients together for one to two minutes while the sauce cooks down.
  • Add your protein and cook it to the appropriate temperature.(Deep-Fried crab)
  • Turn off your heat source and plate your meal with your choice of rice.
