Deep-Fried Soft-Shell crab, stir-fry with cashew nuts sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 fl oz Stir Fry Cashew Sauce  
  • 1 fl oz water 
  • 3 piece of deep fried crab
  • 1 fl oz cooking oil (your choice of oil) 
  • 1 tsp minced garlic 
  • minced Thai chili or chili paste to your taste
  • 2 oz roasted non-salted cashews
  • 2 oz chopped mushrooms 
  • 2 oz chopped bell pepper 
  • 2 oz chopped yellow onion 
  • 2 oz chopped carrot
  • 1/2 oz green onion cut in 2” pieces

Cooking

PREP: 10-15 MINUTES | COOKING TIME: 5-10 MINUTES

    1. Deep-Fried Soft shell crab with Tempura powder mix (do not mix with water)
    2. Heat the pan over medium heat, pour the cooking oil into the pan and be sure to let it heat up before proceeding onto the next steps. 
    3. Add the garlic and shallots and stir fry this mixture until it produces a fragrant aroma. Do not walk away from your pan at this point, as the garlic can burn very quickly! 
    4. Add the mushroom, carrot, bell pepper, and yellow onion to the pan.
    5. Add water and stir-fry, mixing all ingredients continuously for one minute. 
    6. Add the Cashew Sauce and stir-fry all ingredients together, mixing continuously for two minutes. 
    7. Add the green onion and cashews and mix two to three times. 
    8. Add your protein and cook it to the appropriate temperature. (Deep-Fried crab)
    9. Turn off your heat source and plate your meal with your choice of rice.
    10. Enjoy your Forking meal!
