Deep-Fried Sea Bass fish with chili sauce

Ingredients

    • 3 fl oz Stir Fry Sauce 
    • 1 fl oz water 
    • 5 oz Deep-Fried Sea Bass fish 
    • 1 fl oz chili oil paste 
    • 1 fl oz cooking oil (your choice of oil) 
    • 1 tsp minced garlic
    • minced Thai chili or chili paste to your taste
    • 2 oz sliced carrots
    • 2 oz sliced mushrooms 
    • 2 oz sliced broccoli 
    • 2 oz chopped yellow onion
    • 2 oz chopped bell pepper
    • 1/2 oz Thai basil

Cooking

Cooking 5-10 minutes

  1. Deep-Fried Sea Bass fish with Tempura powder mix (do not mix with water)
  2. Heat the pan over medium heat, pour the cooking oil into the pan and be sure to let it heat up before proceeding onto the next steps.
  3. Add the garlic and spices and stir fry this mixture until it produces a fragrant aroma. Do not walk away from your pan at this point, as the garlic can burn very quickly!
  4. Add the veggies and chili oil paste and stir fry together, mixing four to five times. 
  5. Stir fry all ingredients together, mixing continuously for one minute.
  6. Add the Stir Fry Sauce and water and mix all ingredients together for one to two minutes while the sauce cooks down. 
  7.  Add your protein and cook it to the appropriate temperature.(Deep-fried fish)
  8. Turn off your heat source and plate your meal with your choice of rice. 
  9. Enjoy your Forking meal!
