Deep-Fried Soft-Shell crab, stir-fry with chili oil sauce
Ingredient
- 3 fl oz Stir Fry Sauce
- 1 fl oz water
- 3 piece of deep fried crab
- 1 fl oz chili oil paste
- 1 fl oz cooking oil (your choice of oil)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- minced Thai chili or chili paste to your taste
- 2 oz sliced carrots
- 2 oz sliced mushrooms
- 2 oz sliced broccoli
- 2 oz chopped yellow onion
- 2 oz chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 oz Thai basil

PREP: 10-15 MINUTES | COOKING TIME: 5-10 MINUTES
- Deep-Fried Soft shell crab with Tempura powder mix (do not mix with water)
- Heat the pan over medium heat, pour the cooking oil into the pan and be sure to let it heat up before proceeding onto the next steps.
- Add the garlic and spices and stir fry this mixture until it produces a fragrant aroma. Do not walk away from your pan at this point, as the garlic can burn very quickly!
- Add the veggies and chili oil paste and stir fry together, mixing four to five times.
- Stir fry all ingredients together, mixing continuously for one minute.
- Add the Stir Fry Sauce and water and mix all ingredients together for one to two minutes while the sauce cooks down.
- Add your protein and cook it to the appropriate temperature.(Deep-Fried crab)
- Turn off your heat source and plate your meal with your choice of rice.
