- 3 fl oz Stir Fry Sauce
- 10 oz cooked jasmine rice
- 1 fl oz cooking oil (your choice of oil)
- 5 oz salmon
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Minced Thai chili or chili paste to your taste
- 1/2 oz chopped yellow onion
- 1/2 oz chopped carrot
- 1/2 oz chopped bell pepper
- 1/2oz chopped mushroom
- 1/2oz Thai Basil

COOKING TIME: 5-10 MINUTES
- Cut the salmon into approximately 1 inch pieces (bite-sized). Deep fry in hot oil until the salmon turns golden brown, then quickly remove from the oil. Once the salmon has been deep-fried, you can move onto preparation for the rest of the meal.
- Heat the pan over medium heat, pour the cooking oil into the pan and be sure to let it heat up before proceeding onto the next steps.
- Add the garlic and spices and stir fry this mixture until it produces a fragrant aroma. Do not walk away from your pan at this point, as the garlic can burn very quickly!
- Add the salmon and veggies and stir fry two to three times.
- Add the rice and stir all the ingredients together two to three times.
- Add the Stir Fry Sauce.
- Continue to stir-fry your ingredients together another two to three times as the sauce continues to absorb.
- Turn off your heat source and plate your meal.
