Ingredients

- 3 fl oz Pineapple Fried Rice Sauce

10 oz cooked jasmine rice

1 fl oz cooking oil (your choice of oil)

1 large egg

5 oz protein (your choice)

1 tsp minced garlic

Minced Thai chili or chili paste to your taste

1 oz raisin
- 1 oz roasted, non-salted cashews
- 2 oz fresh cut pineapple
- 1/2 oz finely chopped yellow onion
- 1/2 oz finely chopped carrot
- 1/2 oz chopped broccoli
Cooking
COOKING TIME: 5-10 MINUTES
- Heat the pan over medium heat, pour the cooking oil into the pan and be sure to let it heat up before proceeding onto the next steps.
- Add the garlic and spices and stir fry this mixture until it produces a fragrant aroma. Do not walk away from your pan at this point, as the garlic can burn very quickly!
- Add your protein and cook it to the appropriate temperature.
- Crack the egg into the pan and scramble the egg until it is fully cooked.
- Add the rice and stir all the ingredients together two to three times.
- Add the Pineapple Fried Rice Sauce.
- Add all the veggies to the wok.
- Continue to stir-fry your ingredients together another two to three times as the sauce continues to absorb.
- Turn off your heat source and plate your meal.
