Ingredients

4 fl oz Pad Thai Sauce

10 oz cooked jasmine rice

1 fl oz cooking oil (your choice of oil)

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp minced shallots
-
Minced Thai chili or chili paste (to your taste)

1 large egg

5 oz protein (your choice)

2 oz bean sprout

1 tbsp chopped green onion
Cooking Time: 5-10 Minutes
- Heat the pan over medium heat, pour the cooking oil into the pan and be sure to let it heat up before proceeding onto the next steps.
- Add the garlic, shallots and spices and stir fry this mixture until it produces a fragrant aroma. Do not walk away from your pan at this point, as the garlic can burn very quickly!
- Add your protein and cook it to the appropriate temperature.
- Crack the egg into the pan and scramble the egg until it is fully cooked.
- Add the rice and mix all ingredients two to three times.
- Add the Pad Thai Sauce. Stir fry all ingredients together, mixing continuously for one nibute as the sauce absorbs into the noodles.
- Add the bean sprout and mix two to three times.
- Turn off your heat source and plate your meal.
- Garnish with chopped green onion and enjoy your Forking meal!
