3 fl oz Stir Fry Sauce

10 oz cooked jasmine rice

1 fl oz white vinegar

2 fl oz chili oil paste

1 large egg
-
1 fl oz cooking oil (your choice of oil)

5 oz protein (your choice)

1 tsp minced garlic
-
Minced Thai chili or chili paste to your taste

1/2 oz chopped yellow onion
-
1/2 oz chopped carrots
-
1/2 oz chopped bell peppers
-
1/2 oz chopped mushrooms

1/2 oz Thai basil
COOKING
COOKING TIME: 5-10 MINUTES
- Heat the pan over medium heat, pour the cooking oil into the pan and be sure to let it heat up before proceeding onto the next steps.
- Add the garlic and spices and stir fry this mixture until it produces a fragrant aroma. Do not walk away from your pan at this point, as the garlic can burn very quickly!
- Add your protein and cook it to the appropriate temperature.
- Crack the egg into the pan and scramble the egg until it is fully cooked.
- Add the chili oil paste and veggies and stir fry together, mixing four to five times.
- Add the rice and stir fry together, mixing two to three times.
- Add the Stir Fry Sauce and white vinegar.
- Stir fry all ingredients together, mixing continuously for one minute while the sauce cooks down.
- Turn off your heat source and plate your meal.
