3 fl oz Stir Fry Sauce

1 fl oz water

5 oz protein (your choice)

1 fl oz cooking oil (your choice of oil)

1 tsp minced garlic

Minced Thai chili or chili paste to your taste

1/2 oz young green peppercorn
-
1/2 oz chopped Krachai Root
-
3 lime leaves
-
2 oz chopped carrots
-
2 oz chopped yellow onion
-
2 oz chopped bell pepper
- 2 oz chopped zucchini
- 2 oz broccoli
- 1 oz Thai basil
COOKING
COOKING TIME: 5-10 MINUTES
- Heat the pan over medium heat, pour the cooking oil into the pan and be sure to let it heat up before proceeding onto the next steps.
- Add the garlic and spices and stir fry this mixture until it produces a fragrant aroma. Do not walk away from your pan at this point, as the garlic can burn very quickly!
- Add your protein and cook it to the appropriate temperature.
- Add the veggies and stir fry together, mixing four to five times.
- Stir fry all ingredients together, mixing continuously for one minute.
- Add the Stir Fry Sauce and water and mix all ingredients together for one to two minutes while the sauce cooks down.
- Turn off your heat source and plate your meal with your choice of rice.
